Biography:
Philip Moy has been with the UW Sea Grant program since 1999. He provides information and statewide support on issues related to exotic aquatic species.
Dr. Moy monitors the spread of invasive species in Wisconsin waters and produces a wide range of outreach materials, including television programs, public service announcements, educational materials, publications and exhibits. He is also actively involved in the Chicago Dispersal Barrier Project.
The University of Wisconsin Sea Grant College Program is a statewide program of basic and applied research, education and technology transfer dedicated to the wise stewardship and sustainable use of Great lakes and ocean resources.
